Phase I, II, III & Iv Inspections

Phase I inspection is recommended to be done within 2 days of the concrete being poured. 

Phase II inspection is recommended to be performed before dry wall is installed. Typically, should be done when the rough-in's of electrical, plumbing and duct work is completed.

Phase III Inspections are done prior to the final walk through with the builder. Take the report and walk with the builder to ensure repairs have been made.

Phase IV - Generally, a builder offers a one-year warranty on the homes they build. This is called the 11th Month Warranty Inspection.
